Assistant Professor Maša Černelič-Bizjak, graduated at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana in the field of Psychology. She has received MSc and Ph.D. at the Department of Clinical Psychology, University of Ljubljana. She is employed at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Health Sciences, where she teaches subjects in the field of health psychology and eating disorders. Her research interests include various topics in health psychology and eating disorders, psychology of eating, and nutrition. Her personal bibliography comprises 20 original scientific works, and more than 30 published scientific contributions at conferences.

Maša Černelič Bizjak

Assistant Professor Mojca Stubelj, received her Ph.D in Food and Nutrition at the University of Ljubljana. She is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Health Sciences, in the field of nutrition consultancy Dietetics. Pedagogical and research is active in the field of monitoring nutritional status and eating habits of different groups of people. Her personal bibliography includes 11 original scientific works, 10 professional articles, popular contributions in various media, over 30 published scientific contributions at domestic and international conferences and several chapters in monographic publications.

Mojca Bizjak
Zala Jenko Pražnikar

University of Primorska, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutritional Counselling-Dietetics, Slovenia

Assistant Professor Zala Jenko-Pražnikar graduated at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, University of Ljubljana, in the field of Biochemistry. She received her Ph.D. in 2009 in the field of Biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana. At the doctoral level, she was employed at the Jožef Stefan Institute in Ljubljana, where she studied toxins and biological membranes. Currently, she is employed at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Health Sciences, where she teaches Biochemistry. She is researching in the field of metabolic and hormonal disorders and nutritional interventions. Her work comprises more than 25 scientific articles.

Assistant Professor Ana Petelin, received her Ph.D. in the study program Nanosciences and Nanetechnology in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the International Postgraduate School Jožef Stefan in Ljubljana. She is currently employed at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Health Sciences, where she teaches the Basics of Chemistry, Chemistry, Pathophysiology and Research in Dietetic. She is involved in various national and international research projects. The field of her research is the detection of early biomarkers in obesity and related illnesses and nutritional interventions.
